West Ham 1-4 Liverpool
Slaven Bilic's final stand as West Ham boss was a 4-1 thumping at home to Liverpool. The Reds cut their opponents apart on the counter-attack, with Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah regularly slicing apart the east Londoners' backline.
Liverpool again shifted to a back three as they built the play from the back, with left-back Alberto Moreno advancing higher up the pitch than right-back Joe Gomez, who tended to shift infield. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain did a decent job in his first start for the club in the Premier League, while Roberto Firmino also impressed with his link-up play and selfless running.
Tottenham 1-0 Crystal Palace
Tottenham were always likely to experience something of a comedown following the midweek victory over Real Madrid, and they were a little fortunate to collect all three points against Palace. The visitors created the better chances in Sunday's early kick-off, but Son Heung-min's fine finish was ultimately the difference between the two teams.
Spurs are still awaiting their first big Premier League win against a non-big six side at Wembley, with their home results against such opposition so far this season reading: 1-1, 0-0, 1-0, 1-0. The scoreline was always going to be more important than the performance here, though, with Tottenham now level on points with Manchester United in second.

Manchester City 3-1 Arsenal
We may only be in November, but Manchester City's current form is ominous for the rest of the division. Pep Guardiola's charges opened up an eight-point lead at the top of the table on Sunday, with David Silva at the heart of their attacking efforts in this 3-1 triumph. City again overwhelmed their opponents with their passing, pressing and movement, and Arsenal were unable to live with them for long periods.
Arsene Wenger, who stuck with a back three even though that meant fielding Francis Coquelin in the middle of it, cited refereeing decisions as central to his side's loss, but Arsenal were second best at the Etihad Stadium. They did get into some promising positions on the counter-attack, but a combination of poor decision-making and sloppy execution prevented them from turning many of those moments into chances. In the end, City were comfortable.
Chelsea 1-0 Manchester United
Chelsea moved to within a point of United with a fully deserved triumph at Stamford Bridge. The hosts' domination of midfield was the key to their victory, with the returning N'Golo Kante an influential presence alongside the wonderfully creative Cesc Fabregas and Tiemoue Bakayoko, who was wasteful with his finishing but dangerous with his forward runs.
United struggled to create chances once they fell behind to Alvaro Morata's header, with the Blues able to control possession despite their opponents' need for a goal. The Red Devils, in truth, could easily have lost this match by a bigger margin.
