Vavassori hasn't played a lot of tennis this year but his most recent win was against a tough Halys on hard court. While Quinzi is the right favourite on Clay, he has had a very busy week at Perugia, where he played solid throughout but completely flopped in the final against Blanch. Perhaps for fatigue reasons, Vavassori is the better bet here.
